REGESTRONE contains Norethisterone which belongs to a group of medicines called Progestogens which are similar to the natural female hormone progesterone. It is used to treat or manage heavy, painful, irregular periods, premenstrual tension (PMT), endometriosis. Endometriosis is a condition (where tissue from your womb is found outside your womb) and breast cancer. It is also prescribed to delay next period.
