Orders containing prescription medicines are processed only after a valid prescription is uploaded and verified. Delays may occur if prescription verification is pending.

Namaste Medico delivers to most serviceable PIN codes across India through trusted courier partners.

Availability of delivery depends on courier network coverage at your location.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Total order value

Free delivery may be offered on selected orders or promotional campaigns, which will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Once an order is dispatched, shipping charges are non-refundable.
